Each piece is handcrafted using sustainable Indonesian teak wood, volcanic stone, and woven botanical fibers. Natural shifts in grain movement, mineral veining, organic knots, and subtle tone variations are inherent to honest materials and constitute authenticated character rather than production defects.

Bespoke orders proceed following written dimensional approval and specification sign-off. Because raw timbers and natural stone blocks are cut precisely to your architectural requirements, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once artisan manufacturing commences.

Environmental acclimatization may induce minor hairline settling over seasonal humidity changes. Laksmi Furniture kilns all hardwoods to international moisture thresholds prior to joinery assembly.

Estimated fabrication timelines remain subject to raw material curing periods and complex carving craftsmanship, with progress milestones communicated proactively by your project liaison.

Verified Gateways

Formal proforma invoices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Standard orders require a non-refundable 50% production deposit before timber selection, with the remaining 50% balance cleared prior to warehouse release and container stuffing.

Transfers are accepted via authenticated corporate SWIFT telegraphic bank wire or verified payment gateways. Client accounts bear originating wire fees, intermediary correspondent charges, and local conversion tariffs.

All proprietary silhouettes, shop drawings, catalog collections, and studio photography remain the exclusive intellectual property of Laksmi Furniture, protected under Indonesian copyright statutes and international treaties. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or secondary distribution is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and all procurement agreements are governed exclusively by the laws, commercial codes, and civil statutes of the Republic of Indonesia. Parties agree to attempt earnest amicable resolution through direct consultation prior to formal filings.

Laksmi Furniture coordinates domestic distribution and international sea/air freight under Incoterms rules (typically FOB Port of Surabaya, CFR, or DAP by request). Export timber consignments include phytosanitary treatments and mandatory Indonesian V-Legal timber verification licenses.

Any unresolvable dispute, controversy, or claim arising from contracts with Laksmi Furniture shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Consignees must inspect crates upon handover before endorsing carrier bill of lading receipts. Any transit damage or seal irregularities must be formally recorded on delivery documents and filed within 48 hours with photographic proof.
