6-Month Limited Warranty

The consignee must inspect the physical condition of all shipping crates, outer packing, and contents immediately upon cargo handover from the freight carrier.

Laksmi Furniture grants a limited commercial warranty for 6 calendar months starting from the verified delivery arrival date confirmed by the logistics documentation.

Any transit damage or preliminary defect must be filed in writing with photographic and video evidence of outer crates and internal products within 48 hours. Claims after 48 hours are permanently void.

Coverage is strictly restricted to proven manufacturing defects, specifically structural joinery separation, core glue-line failures, and fabrication errors originating inside our Bali workshop.

Natural timber characteristics are exempt from claims. This includes wild grain deviations, natural color seasoning, natural teak oil migration, and micro-checking due to destination humidity changes.

Damage resulting from improper uncrating, rough inland handling post-handover, uncertified assembly, or functional misplacement (such as utilizing interior furniture in outdoor environments) is void.

All custom commissions, adjusted dimensions, and bespoke architectural specifications are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless an unrepairable factory structural defect is verified.

Remedies & Filing Procedure

To lodge an official dispute, submit your Proforma Invoice number, bill of lading, and comprehensive video documentation to our legal desk.

Upon validation of an eligible manufacturing defect, remedies are restricted to replacement parts, authorized local restoration reimbursement, or equivalent store credit toward future container orders.

Direct cash refunds are considered solely if the damaged structural element cannot be repaired or reproduced, and will be issued net of all logistics, customs handling, and payment processing charges.
